冬の北海道美部

2014年2月にこの場所を訪れて写真を撮りましたが、雪景色は格別です。

美瑛は北海道の真ん中に位置し、北海道を代表する観光地の一つです。美瑛町には日本の著名なテレビCMのロケ地が数多くあり、そのCMの風景を求めて毎年多くの観光客が訪れます。
1971年7月12日：風景写真家の前田信三がジャガイモの花畑の写真を撮るために美瑛に来て、美馬牛小学校の塔の赤い三角屋根の写真を撮った。彼は写真を提出した。写真雑誌に掲載後好評を博し、写真賞を受賞。同時に、美瑛のヨーロッパ風の田園風景は広く知られるようになりました。前田新三はその後、美瑛・富良野をテーマに多くの写真作品を制作し、美瑛・富良野を代表する写真家の一人となりました。現在、美瑛町には前田記念館「拓左館」が開設され、前田が生前に撮影した美瑛の風景作品が数多く展示されています。
