石澳バスターミナル

1955 年に建てられた石澳バスターミナルは、植民地時代の建物で、香港、石澳の海岸にある村。有名な現代中国の建築家、徐敬直によって設計された、機能的な 2 階建ての建物です。梁と柱、片持ち梁のバルコニーと単勾配の屋根、バルコニーと階段の吹き抜けが浮いた箱のような錯覚を生み出す鉄筋コンクリートフレームの建物は、一般にドイツで生まれたと考えられている建築様式であるモダンインターナショナルスタイルです。 1920年代。バウハウス美術学校では、独自の片持ち梁建築法が採用されています。 2013 年、香港歴史的建造物評価委員会 (骨董記念物局) は、より高い歴史的地位を獲得して保護するために、この建物を 3 級の歴史的建造物から 2 級の歴史的建造物に格上げすることを決定しました。
