King George V Memorial Park, Hong Kong

In Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong, King George V Memorial Park is a historical park. Inaugurated in 1936, then abandoned during the Japanese occupation, it reopened on 29 March 1954
The Park was built-in 1936, coincident with the death of King George V (George V) of the United Kingdom in January of the same year, and the Hong Kong government named the two newly built parks in Hong Kong after it (the other is the George V Memorial Park in Kowloon). The outer wall of the Park is made of ancient cannabis stones. There are countless old banyan trees in the Park. Other facilities include a standard football field and a children's playground.

In history, the British brought an excellent system to Hong Kong people. Today, this history has been gradually forgotten, and the glory of the past has been slowly obscured. Starting in 2019, the young people of Hong Kong will face an unknown future!
